So, going on the stage again. A year-ish has gone by since last time, a year(-ish) of new experiences to laugh at!

So come down for a pint, two pints, or 15; whatever you like!

Preparations

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

That’s basically how I feel here on this hell that is Monday – not because I’ve had a bad day, but BECAUSE IT’S MONDAY! You’re ALWAYS grumpy, in dire need of a bacon/coffee combo slammer after the weekend’s binge drinking (read: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and your hair never sits right ( z:-( ).

But now some 22 days from my first appearance on an actual comedy stage, I have other things on my mind.
The preparations for my first open mic night at a professional venue – The Ha’penny Bridge Inn, in Dublin, Ireland.

I have a great line-up of jokes prepared that needs to be cut down to seven minutes.

But what to choose, what to choose! A joke about Danes, the Irish or our common enemy – public servants?
